We have been aiming at the craftmanship which uses fully our higher process technology of casting, machining, assembly, painting in order to meet the customer's demand.
- Plan
- We create plan and simulation of casting based on the drawing issued by a customer.

- The wooden pattern is manufactured according to the optimal plan.

- Molding
- We cover wooden pattern with sand and harden the sand then the mold which imitated wooden pattern is made.

- Casting
- We prepared raw material and mix them according to product's specification, then melt the mixed material, and pour it into a mold.

- Finishing
- An unnecessary portion is separated from a product and smooth shape is prepared.

- Machining
- A surface, a screw hole, etc. which need accuracy is machined.

- Quality Inspection
- We inspect that whether the product is manufactured in accordance with customer's demand quality or not before delivering.
